ARCH Teesside is a registered charity based in Teesside offering free and confidential counselling and support to people who have been affected by rape or sexual abuse.

Quality Marks and Accreditations
ARCH Teesside adheres to the Rape Crisis National Service Standards.

Access To Interpreters
ARCH Teesside does provide a translation service which is accessed via Language Line.
ARCH Teesside works in partnership with other violence against women and girls agencies and can utilise BSL interpreters through their partnership networks if required.
Disabled Access
ARCH Teesside has access to other buildings through agencies that they work in partnership with that are accessible and they would arrange for appointments to take place in these venues if wheelchair access was required (and/or offer a home visit).
Home Visiting Service
The ISVA Team (Independent Sexual Violence Advisors) conduct home visits. The Counselling services operates from our Middlesbrough base. If you or a close family member or friend have experienced sexual violence the ISVA team would offer a home assessment to discuss your needs. The ISVA team works with anyone who is engaged with the criminal justice system or who are considering making a report to police.
