Charges for our service
North Star does not charge for their services.
Quality Marks and Accreditations
CSE (Customer Service Excellence) Accreditation.
Access To Interpreters
The service does not offer access to interpreters.
Disabled Access
Our office at Endeavour House, St. Mark’s Court, Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees TS17 6QN does have disabled access for the public.
Home Visiting Service
North Star does offer a home visiting service. All tenants are eligible.
