• connect with like minded people and discover useful information on how to improve each others lives
• help develop a care and support plans 
• have the opportunity to share ideas and make a difference across health and social care

10.45- arrive for coffee and start at 11.00am. 

The event will finish at 3pm however a light lunch is provided.
