Free initial telephone appointments provided to Family/Children clients with a Solicitor, regardless of financial position, with no obligation. Fixed fee face to face appointments at reduced rates for new clients.
Criminal clients can be offered either free telephone advice or free face to face appointments.
All police station attendances are free of charge – it is important to be aware that if anyone need to go to the police station it is always free to take a solicitor with them because everyone automatically gets legal aid, regardless of their means.

Charges for our service
All clients are assessed to see whether they may qualify for legal aid, but this is very restricted due to the changes brought in by the Government.
If clients do not qualify, they are offered fixed fees or hourly rates, depending on the type of case and its complexity.

Access To Interpreters
- Interpreters are usually available to clients whose case is at court and who qualify for legal aid.
Other clients can have interpreting arranged if need be, but this would be done at clients’ expense.
Disabled Access
Our offices have disabled access and downstairs interview room.
Home Visiting Service
A home visit can be arranged for clients with a severe illness or disability. Clients must be genuinely housebound and unable to attend the office.
