About Stockton & District Advice & Information Service
Stockton District Advice and Information Service (SDAIS) is a Citizens Advice Bureau. We aim to provide the advice people need for the problems they face and improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives.
We provide free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. We value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination.
We aim:
• To ensure individuals do not suffer through lack of knowledge of their rights and responsibilities or, of the services available to them, or through an inability to express their needs effectively
• To exercise a responsible influence on the development of social policies and services, both locally and nationally
